Official Troubleshooting: When to Replace Your Monitor?

1. Black Screen / No Power

Diagnosis: First, check the 10A monitor fuse in the cab. Test the harness plug for a steady DC 24V. If voltage is present but the screen remains dead, the internal power module has failed, requiring a full monitor assembly replacement.

2. Glitching, Scrambled Text, or Freezing

Diagnosis: Usually caused by a damaged LCD driver or corrupted motherboard data. Restart the machine via the battery switch. If the artifacts persist, the hardware is fried and the unit must be replaced.

3. Unresponsive Buttons

Diagnosis: Often the result of oxidized contacts or water/oil ingress shorting the keypad. Our replacement features sealed silicone buttons to prevent this.
