Product Description

Before replacing the 115-5853 turbocharger, the engine air intake system, exhaust manifold, oil feed line, oil return line and air filter condition should be checked. Turbocharger failure can be caused by oil starvation, dirty oil, air restriction, exhaust leakage or foreign object damage.
After installation, the lubrication system should be primed before engine start. The oil line should be clean, the air intake pipe should be free from debris, and the engine should be checked for abnormal smoke, oil leakage, boost pressure loss or unusual noise during testing.
