Cylinder Rebuild Checks

Before installation, inspect the stick cylinder rod, 140 mm bore, piston, gland and seal grooves for scoring, corrosion or abnormal wear.

Clean all components thoroughly and install each seal in the correct position and direction. Surface damage or hydraulic contamination should be corrected before the rebuilt cylinder returns to service.
