Product Description
31Y1-15236 is an arm hydraulic cylinder seal kit for selected Hyundai excavators. It is designed for a 100 mm rod and 140 mm cylinder bore and is used when resealing the arm cylinder during hydraulic cylinder overhaul.
Applications include Hyundai R200W-7A, R210LC-7, R210LC-7A, R210NLC-7 and R210NLC-7A. Fitment is production-range dependent on several models.
For R210LC-7, 31Y1-15236 is used on later arm cylinder configurations beginning at serial #4910. R210NLC-7 changes to this kit from #0466, while R210NLC-7A uses it from #0125. Always confirm the machine serial number and original cylinder configuration before ordering.
Inspect the 100 mm piston rod, 140 mm cylinder bore, gland, piston and seal grooves for scoring or abnormal wear before installing the new seal kit. Clean all hydraulic components carefully before reassembly.
