Product Description
401107-00146A is an arm hydraulic cylinder seal kit for selected Doosan excavators. The applicable cylinder configuration uses a 90 mm rod and 125 mm bore and is intended for arm cylinder resealing during hydraulic cylinder overhaul.
Correct fitment should be confirmed by the original seal kit number, machine model and cylinder configuration before ordering.
401107-00146A is documented for arm cylinder applications on Doosan DX170W, DX180LC-5 and DX190W / DX190WA machines. Because cylinder configurations can vary by production version, confirm the machine and original kit information before replacement.
Inspect the 90 mm piston rod for scoring, corrosion and chrome damage, and check the 125 mm cylinder bore, piston, gland and seal grooves for abnormal wear.
