4132A018 Electric Fuel Lift Pump for Perkins 1104

The 4132A018 is a low-pressure electric fuel lift pump used to move diesel from the supply side toward the engine fuel system. It is associated primarily with Perkins 1104-series applications and is also found in replacement assemblies used on selected Caterpillar D2-series machines.

The supplied version shown here uses a long housing with mounting bracket and electrical connections. It should not be confused with a high-pressure injection pump or common rail supply pump.

How ULPK0041 Relates to 4132A018

ULPK0041 is commonly used as the Perkins service replacement kit for earlier lift pump references including 4132A018, 4132A008, 4132A014 and ULPK0038.

Later pump references such as T414444 may also appear in the same service family, but electrical connection and assembly configuration can differ. Compare the removed pump rather than selecting only from the engine model.

CAT 320D2 Fuel Pump Assembly Identification

Caterpillar parts information lists 446-1895 as a 24V long-bowl fuel filter group for machines including 312D2, 313D2, 318D2 L, 320D2 and 320D2 L. Aftermarket assemblies may therefore show 4132A018 together with CAT fuel-system references for these machines.

446-1895 is an assembly reference rather than a confirmed bare-pump supersession for 4132A018. If a customer provides either number, compare the complete housing, bracket, electrical connector and fuel connections before confirming the replacement.

Check the Complete Assembly Before Shipment

Useful comparison points are the overall housing length, mounting bracket, connector type, wire position, inlet and outlet arrangement and filter-base configuration. A clear side photo and connector photo of the removed unit are normally enough for an initial check.

Do not use 26560201 as a fuel pump cross reference. It is a fuel filter reference used with this fuel system rather than another number for the 4132A018 pump.
