Product Description
The 1-13660140-0 / 1136601400 cooling fan blade is used for Hitachi excavator engine cooling system applications. It is commonly referenced for EX200-2 and EX200-3 machines with Isuzu 6BD1 engine applications.
This fan blade should be selected by the original part number and physical configuration, not by model name alone. Excavator cooling fan blades may differ in diameter, blade count, center hub, mounting hole pattern, offset and rotation direction.
Common search formats include 1-13660140-0, 1136601400 and 1-13660-140-0. Some public supplier references may also use 113660-1400 as a related writing format.
Other fan blade numbers such as 21060-90069, 600-625-0520, 600-625-7550, 600-625-7620, 600-635-7850 or YM129612-44740 should be treated as separate products unless the old fan blade and parts reference confirm the same specification.
Main references include Hitachi EX200-2, EX200-3 and Isuzu 6BD1 engine applications. Some public references also mention EX200-3C, EX200-3E, HR320, HR420, MA125-2, RX2000 and RX2000-2.
The model list should be used as a fitment reference only. Before purchase, compare the old fan blade part number, fan diameter, blade count, center hole size, mounting hole pattern, offset and rotation direction.
Fan diameter: measure the old fan blade from outer edge to outer edge.
Blade count: confirm the number of blades and blade direction.
Hub size: check the center hole diameter and mounting surface.
Mounting pattern: compare bolt hole count and hole spacing.
Offset: confirm the distance between the mounting face and blade position.
Rotation direction: check airflow direction before installation.
Engine overheating: weak airflow may contribute to high coolant temperature.
Cracked blade: cracks, deformation or missing blade sections can reduce cooling efficiency.
Vibration after installation: often related to blade imbalance, loose bolts or incorrect fan specification.
Radiator or shroud contact: wrong fan diameter, offset or mounting position may cause interference.
Abnormal fan noise: damaged blade edges, poor clearance or loose mounting should be checked.
Stop the engine and allow the cooling system to cool before removing the old fan blade.
Inspect the fan hub, pulley, belt and mounting bolts before installation.
Do not install the fan if the center hole, bolt pattern, offset or rotation direction differs from the old part.
Tighten mounting bolts evenly according to the machine service procedure.
After installation, run the engine at low speed and check vibration, noise, airflow direction and fan shroud clearance.
Please send the machine model, serial number, old fan blade part number, full fan photo, hub photo, mounting hole photo, measured diameter and rotation direction before quotation.
