Product Description
The 105-2811 alternator generates electrical power while the engine is running and maintains the charge of the machine battery. This replacement unit is rated at 12 volts and 55 amps for selected Caterpillar equipment applications.
The alternator uses a brush-type design with an integrated electronic voltage regulator and cooling system to support stable electrical output during equipment operation.
