Installation Notes

To ensure the validity of your 6-month warranty and maximize the lifespan of your new 452-6213 final drive, strictly observe the following installation procedures:

1. Case Drain Line (CRITICAL): Before operation, make sure the case drain line is completely clear. Back pressure must not exceed 0.3 MPa. Excessive back pressure can damage the main shaft seal and cause immediate failure.

   
   

2. Fill Gear Oil Before Use: Fill Gear Oil Before Use: Fill the planetary gearbox with SAE 80W-90 (GL-5) gear oil to the proper level before operation. Do not use hydraulic oil in the gear section.

   
   

3. Pre-lubricate the Motor Case: Before connecting the main hoses, add clean hydraulic oil through the case drain port to prevent dry-start damage.

   
   

4. Use Correct Mounting Torque: Install with suitable high-strength bolts and apply the correct torque according to machine requirements.
