The SG08-13T swing motor is the legendary hydraulic rotational drive built on the Nabtesco SG08 architecture, specifically configured with a 13-tooth output pinion. Critical Fitment Warning: 13-Tooth vs 14-Tooth


Please physically count the splines/teeth on your old motor's output shaft before ordering. The SG08-13T features exactly 13 teeth. It is NOT interchangeable with the SG08-14H (14-tooth) variant. Using the incorrect motor will cause catastrophic ring gear failure.

  • Q: Do I need to prime the motor with oil before starting?
    A: Absolutely. You must fill the motor case with clean hydraulic oil through the drain port and bleed all air before rotating the cab to prevent instant dry-rubbing damage to the internal pistons.
