• No Swing Action (E03 Error): Check coil resistance with a multimeter. The standard value is 28Ω±2Ω. If resistance is infinite, the coil is broken and the valve must be replaced.

• Sluggish Swing (No Error Code): Often caused by a worn spool leaking internal pressure, or a degraded coil losing magnetic force when hot (coil temp exceeding 120℃). Normal pressure drop across the valve should be ≤0.5MPa.

• Swing Drift / Slipping: Check for a stuck spool or broken return spring preventing the brake circuit from fully depressurizing.

• Installation Torque: Tighten mounting bolts to 18±2N·m. Over-tightening will warp the valve body and cause the spool to bind.
